I did it. 3? 4 hours? I dunno. The last guy I talked to helped solve my problem. The previous guy was really nice too. Again, the people I have talked to at Verizon have been very nice. Mark solved my problem (we think).

@VZWSupport I spend far too much money on your unlimited plan for my data to be slowed down for any reason whatsoever especially after you guys denied replacing the phone I pay warranty on. Now I have this piece of **** and I'd rather have a stroke
