@JakeJarvisWV I left AT&T in 2008 for Verizon because of coverage issues where I was living then. Never once have I come to regret that switch.

@IssaRissa11 I think that’s the issue. I used to have hotspot on all my Verizon products.. phone iPad and laptop but I got rid of it and I feel like now my service sucks 24/7

@Verizon I would rather my service actually work and not have data hobbled by 97.7% unless I pay for more according to your tech support.Up until 5 months ago a solid 60+ Mbps down/up. After that I've seen 1.4Mbps down and under 1Mbps up.level 2 tech said "Pay more for service"
