4) fees being charged. This is a pattern which I have become new, so imagine the million of customers who pays by check that is being strategically charged & the generations for @ATT 🤔Therefore, to resolve this added charge, the only solution is to change my carrier ASAP.

@ATT @ATTHelp in one of your stores and getting no help. Under staffed and have yet to be acknowledged. You can expect to have my service for att and DirecTV cancelled. Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service.

@ATTHelp i know what channels i get my issue is the channels i use to get on directv that r now AT&T sports notwork channels that i don’t get anymore since the switch.. u would think ur own channels would be provided to ur customers

Slowing data to 128k after 15Gb is just ridiculous. Forcing me to watch Netflix/Hulu on my phone instead of using my phone’s internet to watch it on a Smart TV doesn’t even help. The same amount of data is being used. @ATT raise data speeds after 15Gb of hotspot to at least 3mbps

@ATTBusinessCare on the phone for over 3 hours, still on hold. Terrible! I have to be somewhere at 5:00pm but now it’s 5:25 and I can’t call them because my phone doesn’t work

So we got back to the States yesterday thinking this was an international issue. Nope. No cellular data. That means iPhone is a brick without WiFi. Spent hours last night with garbage online website, text help. Multiple “agents” involved. @ATTHelp promised last night… 2/

… service would be reinstated today. Nope. I’ve been on @ATTHelp hold for 10 minutes while tweeting. Their online hold message about how great ATT is lasts about 30 seconds so we’ve listened to that on speaker about 20 times now. 3/

No this is not a paid advertisem*nt. I'm just a happy @TMobile customer. Who can literally pick up signal out in the middle of nowhere. @ATT couldn't do that. @Verizon couldn't even give me a signal in my house, had to walk down the road for calls.
